Start with a free call
A conversation with one of the CRE Modelling team about where you stand, which gaps matter most, and whether Coaching is the right fix for you. It isn’t a job interview, a general networking chat or a placement service. Bring your CV if you like.
Employer paying? Book the call and we’ll arrange it with them. Just the programme? Buy it for £1,500 and add Coaching later for £500.
For when the modelling isn’t the only gap
Pick where you are and we’ll show you what we would work on first.
Positioning first, then the model.
You know the asset. An acquisitions team reads your CV and sees a valuer or an agent. The first session is about how to present what you have already done as investment experience, and the written plan sets the order for the rest.
Each change explained, so you can defend every line in the room.
Debt and the waterfall are the two parts you have never had to build. The programme covers both; the one-to-ones go through your attempts.
Getting the interview is the hard part.
You have changed your CV more times than you can count. We read it the way a hiring manager does, then fix the profile that recruiters actually look at: your LinkedIn.
Written feedback on your headline, summary and experience entries, and what to change, with your CV edited and re-checked.
So the first real interview is not the first time you have answered the questions out loud.
You are getting to the room. Something in the room is losing it.
Often it is the part nobody teaches: talking through the model after the test, or the questions that follow. A one-to-one run as a mock interview is where we find it.
The technical and the behavioural questions, out loud, and what to change before the real one.
Not just whether the numbers are right, but whether you can explain them.
You can underwrite. Real estate asks for it differently.
You know returns, leverage and how a committee reads a case. What changes is the asset: rent rolls, leases, cap rates, the waterfall as a fund sets it up, and a modelling test at associate level that expects all of it in one sitting.
The programme in the order that fills your gaps, then the 10 real tests, with your attempts reviewed in the one-to-ones.
Your CV and your deal stories reframed for a real estate committee, then a one-to-one run as the interview a real estate fund would give you.
What Coaching adds
Four things, on top of the full programme and the 10 real tests. Use them in the order your date demands.
A written preparation plan
Built around your test or interview date and the role you want: what to work on, in what order, and what to skip.

“I can’t thank CRE Modelling enough for helping me land my dream job! The course content is top-notch and incredibly thorough. I particularly loved the emphasis on real-world scenarios, which helped me confidently tackle the Excel modelling test during my interview. I’m already applying the skills I’ve learned in my new role!”
J. VineRE Acquisitions Analyst“Coming from a non-real estate background, I found this course incredibly valuable. It gave me all the foundational knowledge I needed, and the real-world examples helped bridge the gap between theory and practice. The course gave me the confidence to transition into the industry and succeed in my new role.”
