Our Story
Our journey began with a simple question:
“I am applying for a job at a Real Estate firm. I’m going to have to take an Excel modelling exam when I get there. What should I expect?”
After being asked that question hundreds of times, we realised there was a gap to fill. So, we decided to put together a course that would give aspiring professionals the tools, guidance, and support they need to excel in these tests —and in their careers.
We know at University (or anywhere really!) that you are not taught how to apply theory to analysing real deals and what conclusions to draw. It is a vital skill that is missing and will be one of the most single factors to having a successful career in Real Estate or not.

Anita Melice
Anita is a Co-Founder of CRE Modelling. Previously, she held senior roles in Real Estate Acquisitions at Blackstone, Cerberus Capital Management, and Goldman Sachs, focusing on European Real Estate Investments.
Mark Edwards
Mark is a Co-Founder of CRE Modelling and Managing Partner at Silver Lion Capital Partners. Since 2021, he has overseen deals totalling over £50 billion. Previously, he held senior roles in Real Estate Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs and in Private Equity at Lone Star Funds.
